Previously held position as Product Owner at Jenius (Bank BTPN, a member of SMBC Group), I led a squad that generate the future biggest revenue for Jenius.
Prior to my role at Jenius, I was Head of Customer Growth at Pawoon, I built customer success and support team that led sustainability revenue for Pawoon. My SaaS journey was start previously when I led Sleekr (now part of Mekari) as a Head of Sales and Customer Success, whereas I was the second sales person after the CEO in the company. I built sales and customer success teams for both HRIS and Accounting product.
I always in the entrepreneurship environment when I established several not-so-success traditional business, started from Moral that sells fashion brand, and a Men’s grooming called Barberoom. When I was running my barbershop, I was also work as Business Development at Zalora Marketplace.
